How Long Will Your Divorce Take?
If your case can be negotiated and/or mediated amicably and is uncomplicated, all the paperwork can be completed in as little as six weeks. Your divorce can be automatically finalized in approximately six months from the date of service without additional paperwork.
If your spouse is troublesome and the issues complex, we can still guarantee a judgment of divorce regarding status only in six months; however, other issues may take much longer. The length of the process depends on the county in which the divorce takes place, the complexity of issues and level of your spouse's cooperation.
